If I were a betting man, I would be pretty confident that if you're reading this, chances are that you have ignored your Q&A section on your listings for months or maybe years.

Feel called out? Good.

The reality is that it's easily one of the most ignored sections of your listing. Honestly, I attribute this to Rufus taking over and the Q&A section being somewhat hidden now.

But guess where Rufus is pulling answers from? You guessed it. Your Q&A section.

This is a wonderful task for your Virtual Assistant or internal employee. Takes just a few minutes each week to make sure that there's a public answer from your brand for customer questions.

Here's a secret. YOUR answer is weighed more heavily than customer answers. It's obvious why that is. Amazon knows that the actual brand owner is going to have the strongest and most accurate answers to questions.

Don't let Rufus make educated guesses. Instead, provide extremely detailed answers so Rufus can answer customer questions quickly and efficiently. Basically, don't be your own worst enemy...
