Rest assured, image violations are rarely a big deal. In fact, Amazon has shown us its true feelings about what is allowed and not allowed. It's the Wild West right now! If there was ever a time to test hero image tweaks, it's right now. Changing something about your main picture is a pretty low-stress task ad I encourage you to do this and do it often. I'm going to walk you through some practical image hacks that are guaranteed to improve your conversion rate. In fact, if you don't see an improvement, email me and I'll send you an Amazon gift card. Example #1: Showing Flavor I have a flavor example here but you can do this for scents too. In fact, you can do it for anything you want. As long as you're not lying, showcase it in your main image! Adding elements like this to your main image can boost your CTR a whopping 25%. Example #2: Start Using Your Lid! Does your product have a lid on it? Why not include some text over it to maximize the info that customers see? Don't wait for them to read your title. Give them as much info as possible about your product here! Example #3: Show It Being Used! Stop waiting until image 2 to show how the product is used. Start including a model in your hero image. here's a good example because it tells me so much more than just what the pillow looks like. Example #4: Show Off Awards! Is your product a top seller on TikTok or listed in Forbes? Then include that in your image! How does a 20% CTR boost sound? These badges just WORK. Example #5: Include Elite Packaging Do you have elite-looking packaging/ Then don't be shy! Take it a step further and add virtual tags that only show up in your main image. Use this space as another opportunity to share extra feature info with your potential customers. it adds a bit of "soul" to your listing and sets you apart from everyone else. I hope this has inspired you to be more aggressive going into Q4! I know that Amazon has a history of punishing sellers for picture infractions but those days are long gone and you need to catch up. Amazon has realized that allowing these picture hacks results in bringing in more revenue for their struggling FBA business so they turn a blind eye. Leverage this while you still can. "Rules are made to be broken." 🔥 Hot Amazon Seller News: Extended Holiday Return Window Confirmed As we get closer to Christmas, you know this was coming. Many thought that the holiday return window would start October 1 but that's obviously not happening. Extended Return Period: Starting November 1, 2024, until December 31, 2024, your customers will enjoy an extended period to return purchases, valid until January 31, 2025. The only exception is Apple products. They have a slightly shorter return window. Wouldn't that be nice if the rest of us could negotiate that?! And it's not just FBA orders. This policy affects ALL orders for Seller-Fulfilled and Amazon Retail as well. So, what are the implications for YOU?
