Are your pictures clear when it comes to features and size charts? I can't tell you how many times I have consulted someone and the answer was NO. -Audit yourself. Yes, you. Look, I know how it is. Life gets busy and seemingly overnight, you find yourself busy with inventory management and there never seems like there's enough time to innovate and make your product better. I have some tough love for you today. Get over it and start making sacrifices. You need to be continually improving your product and make it a goal to get your return rate sub 3%. Turn off Netflix and get to work. That's some homework but let me remind you that Amazon takes the customer experience seriously. How seriously? it's directly connected to the search algorithm! Do you really think that Amazon is going to prioritize crap?
